When can I book in for my Free Consultation?

If you're feeling unsure about where to start, have questions about your symptoms, or just want to see if we’re the right fit to work together — that’s the perfect time to book in!

The free consultation is super relaxed, no pressure. It’s simply a chance to chat through what you’re experiencing and how my method can support you moving forward.

Whether you're just starting your wellness journey or ready for a full reset, I’d love to hear from you.

I want to work with you but I don’t want to go gluten free, can you still help?

Yes, 100%! While I specialise in the gluten free diet, going gluten free isn’t always necessary for everyone, and I’ll never recommend it unless there’s a clear reason to. My approach is all about working with your specific needs, your preferences, and your lifestyle.

We’ll dig into what’s actually going on with your body and create a plan that’s realistic, balanced, and tailored just for you — gluten or no gluten.

In addition to this, I have undertaken further studies including Nutrition for Females.

My approach is personalised, supportive, and focused on helping you understand how your body works, so you can feel your best from the inside out.
