Chocolate Baked Oats
Ingredients

1 x cup rolled oats
2 x tablespoon cacao powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 x cup oat milk (or other alternative plant-based)
1 x tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
50g dark chocolate, chopped (optional)
Fresh berries or nuts for topping (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Mix Dry Ingredients: Combine all of the ingredients together in a mixer or blender until you have a silky textured mixture.
Prepare Ramekins: Poor the mixture evenly into ramekins.
Bake: Place on the middle shelf in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the top is set and begins to crack slightly.
Cool and Serve: Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Top with fresh berries or nuts, if desired.
